Catching Up

Alright fellow nerds, I realize that is has been a while...okay...maybe a really long while...but anyways, I realize that it has been a while, but these past few months I have been busy trying to get school work done. Yes, yes, even homeschoolers can fall behind and rush to get their work done. We aren't all lazy slackers who sit around playing video games. ...But some of us might. Let's just say that I have been really busy, okay? Okay. ANYWAYS, Lot's of stuff has happened. Some serious stuff, and some not so serious stuff. So, before I forget everything because of the Silence in the room (Doctor Who reference), let's get to it!
So, I'm pretty sure all of you remember Psycho (considering the circumstances though, you may have to go to another post to remember). Well, one, I would like to say that the guy is still unable to play his video games, and is not happy about it. He won't stop blaming his brother, Happy. But also, I would like to say that there was an incident with him a little while back. You see, we all went on a camp-out about a month ago to the Texas coast, right along the Gulf of Mexico. I mean, seriously, I got to swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Even better, I got to swim in the ocean! (I'm not sure if I mentioned this or not, but I am from California people. Being here, in Texas, in a town a day away from the ocean is a horrible way to live...and yet somehow I still mange to get by. Though I don't think I would be able to survive in a place like Kansas or Colorado. Smack dab in the middle of the US. Anyways, so we all went there, and, well, besides the normal sunburn and sand everywhere (and I mean everywhere. on your arm, legs, hands, in your shoes, in your pants, on your face, in your mouth, in the tent, your sleeping bag, in your food, and, in some cases, the water too. And the scout master wouldn't let us go barefoot), we had a wonderful trip. Except for Psycho. You see, there may have been an incident with he and Braces where they started goofing around and one of them got hurt. Now, although I am not at will to give the details of the event, I am going to say that after the event, Psycho got mad. Really mad. I mean, the guy has anger issues, so it took all his might to not send Braces to the hospital at the very next scout meeting (and I am being serious. He would have broken his own friend because he was ticked at him). He later explained that that was his last meeting, and he was quitting Boy Scouts.
This surprised every one. I mean, he had spoken for over three years of quitting, and yet he still hadn't. Then all of a sudden he announced he finally was, and, for a moment, everyone thought it was a joke, only to find that he wasn't the only one to make the decision, but that his mother was saying the same thing. Let me tell you guys, things just haven't been the same without him. He still does come over to our house so we can homeschool him, but now he is doing Sea Cadets. I have been considering doing it with him, while continuing Boy Scouts too, but still haven't made up my mind.
Now that I have that out of the way, I would like to say that I am definitely ready for certain upcoming movies. Seriously, they just won't stop bringing out the good stuff. Let's see, there was Star Wars VII at the end of last year, which, by the way,  was amazing (thank you J. J. for doing such an amazing job on an amazing movie series), then there was Deadpool (which I still need to see...in a decade or so), and Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice (I have my complaints, but it was still good. Although they should change Batman's name to Bat-Punisher), and now we have Captain America: Civil War, Doctor Strange, Suicide Squad, Thor: Ragnarok, Cyborg, a Spiderman re-reboot (although I loved Anthony Garfield's version, don't see why they need to start over), and a bunch of other movies. I'm sorry, I'm just having a nerd moment right now. I can't help it.
Well, I'm not exactly sure if there is anything left to say (although I'm sure there probably is, in which case I will make another post, or edit this one). So, I guess that's all for today folks. Please, leave comments. I would like to know if there is anything I should do to make this blog a better, more interesting one. Well then, until next time, stay nerdy my friends. Goodbye!!!
